Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. If an item is mispriced or unavailable we may cancel and refund you in full before shipping.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Any strikethrough price shown is a genuine comparison price.

Product use and safety

Rollo is a supervised toy. It contains a rechargeable battery and is designed for small and medium dogs up to about 40 lb / 18 kg. Don't leave it with a dog that destroys toys, don't keep using a damaged unit, and don't charge it unattended. Not a chew toy and not suitable for children.

Liability

We're responsible for delivering the product we described. We're not liable for injury or damage from misuse, from use by a dog outside the stated weight range, or from continued use of a damaged unit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version live at the time of your order governs that order.
