Free shipping on every order. No minimum.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 8 to 13 days after that. In rare cases customs or carrier delays can push it to 20 days.

Where it ships from

Rollo ships from our overseas fulfilment partner. That's how we keep it at $29.99 instead of the $60 the branded versions charge. It does mean waiting longer than a domestic order — we'd rather tell you now than have you wondering on day nine.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start updating. This is normal and doesn't mean the parcel is lost.

Customs and duties

Most orders arrive with nothing further to pay. Where local duties apply, they're the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us and we'll replace it or refund you.
